The Full Tilt mobile app is available for iPhone®, iPad®, iPod touch®, and Android™ devices. You can download the Full Tilt mobile app for Apple® devices directly from the App Store℠ and for Android™ devices by visiting www.fulltilt.com on your mobile device.


Getting Started on the Full Tilt mobile app

What devices are supported?

The Full Tilt mobile app runs on iOS and Android™ devices. See below for details.

iOS Devices:

The Full Tilt mobile app will work on devices running iOS 6.0 or higher.

To find out what operating system is on your iPhone®, iPad® or iPod touch® please follow these steps:

  • Select the 'Settings' button on the Home screen
  • Select 'General'
  • Go to 'About'

If you need to update your iOS, connect your device to your PC and update via iTunes®.

Android™ Devices:

The Full Tilt mobile app will work on Android™ devices running Android™ 2.3 and above, with a minimum screen resolution of 800x480.

To find out which operating system is on your Android™ device, please follow these steps (or follow the device manufacturer's instructions):

  • Select the 'Settings' button on the Home screen
  • Go to 'About Phone'
  • Select 'Software Information'

If you need to update your Android™ operating system, check for 'Software Updates' or follow the device manufacturer's instructions.

Does the Full Tilt mobile app work on tablets?

The Full Tilt mobile app will work on the iPad and on Android™ tablets (see minimum device requirements above). Our app is gradually being optimized for use on large-screen devices, so you may still encounter some layout issues.


Does the Full Tilt mobile app work on all Android™ devices?

No. The Full Tilt mobile app is designed only for mobile devices running Android™ 2.3 and above, with a minimum screen resolution of 800x480.


Is the Full Tilt mobile app free?

Yes, the Full Tilt mobile app is free to download and use. However, you may be charged by your mobile operator for data consumed while using the app.


Do I need a data plan or Wi-Fi connection (internet) to use the Full Tilt mobile app?

The Full Tilt mobile app requires you to have a data plan or Wi-Fi connection (internet) on your mobile device.

We recommend that you review your mobile operator contract details, or contact your mobile network provider to find out more about fees and your current data plan.


Mobile Connection Issues

I cannot connect to the internet, what should I do?

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Airplane Mode Off: Make sure that the "Airplane Mode" is turned off by going to 'Settings' > 'Airplane Mode'.

Internet Connection: Check that you have a connection to the Internet. To do this, determine if you have one of the following icons at the top of your screen:

Your device will display the Wi-Fi icon, or one of the cellular data network icons, if your device has an active network connection.

If you are using Wi-Fi, you won't see a cellular data network indicator unless you turn off Wi-Fi.

Restart: The next step is to restart your iOS or Android™ device.

iOS devices: Press and hold both the 'Home' and 'Sleep' buttons at the same time. A slider will appear –continue to hold the buttons and the screen will go blank. Continue holding until the Apple® logo appears and the device begins to restart.

Android™ devices: Use the 'Restart' function on your device if available (this can be found on the 'Power options' menu, which can be accessed by holding down the power button), or simply power off the device and then turn it back on.

Check for updates: If the connection problem continues after restarting, check if you are using the latest version of the Full Tilt mobile app. To update the Full Tilt mobile app on your iOS or Android™ device, see below.

iOS devices: Visit the App Store℠ on your device and select 'Update' at the bottom right hand corner. If your Full Tilt mobile app appears here, tap on it and simply follow the instructions.

Android™ devices: You can download the latest Full Tilt mobile app for Android™ devices by visiting www.fulltilt.com on your mobile device.

Reinstall Application: If all the above fails, follow these instructions to reinstall the application on your device.

iOS devices

To back-up the application data, connect your device to your computer and sync with iTunes®. See here for more.

Once the sync is complete, touch and hold the Full Tilt icon on the Home screen until the icons start to move.

Press the "x" on the corner of the Full Tilt icon.

Press 'Delete' to remove the application and all of its data from your device.

Press the 'Home' button to lock the Home screen icons in place.

Reinstall the Full Tilt mobile app. To do this, sync the device with iTunes®.

Android™ devices

To back-up the application data, connect your device to your computer and follow the device manufacturer's instructions to perform a sync.

Once the sync is complete, go to 'Settings' > 'Applications' > 'Manage Applications'. Select the Full Tilt mobile app and follow the instructions to 'Uninstall'.

Reinstall the Full Tilt mobile app. To do this, download the Full Tilt mobile app again using the methods provided on this site.

How do I create an account or register to play using the Full Tilt mobile app?

To play using the Full Tilt mobile app, you will need a Full Tilt account or Guest Account.

If you already have an account but cannot remember your log in details, please email support@fulltilt.com with your full name and address, as well as your Full Tilt User ID, and we will help you get back in the game.

Whenever possible, you should email us using the email address which has been registered and validated on your Full Tilt account. This allows us to access your account information and give you the most accurate response.

Please note that if you already have a Full Tilt account, you will need to use that account to play from the mobile application. You cannot create a new account.

If you do not have a Full Tilt account, you can create one directly with the Full Tilt app. Simply tap the 'Create New Account' button when it displays and follow the steps.

You can also create a Full Tilt account using the Full Tilt desktop app. To do this, please visit http://www.fulltilt.com from your computer.

Alternatively, you can create a Full Tilt guest account by tapping ‘Try as Guest’ when prompted to log in. A guest account allows you to explore the Full Tilt mobile app and try our play-money games. You can upgrade to a Full Tilt account at any stage.


What connection do I need to use the Full Tilt mobile app?

You can play on the Full Tilt mobile app using a Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G connection. However, we recommend using a Wi-Fi connection whenever possible.

Yes, the games currently available on the Full Tilt mobile app are the same as those available on the desktop app, with access to additional games added on a regular basis. When playing in the Full Tilt mobile app, you will be playing with the same pool of players as those using the desktop app.


Can Customer Support reply to an email address other than my Full Tilt registered email address?

No. Full Tilt policy states that we can only provide account information to the account's registered email address.


Can I change my Full Tilt registered email address using the Full Tilt mobile app?

Yes, you can change your Full Tilt account registered email address. To do so, log in, go to your Account Menu, select ‘Change E-mail Address’ and follow the instructions given.


Can I multi-table?

No. Currently you can play one table at a time on all mobile devices.


Can I request hand histories of the hands I have played?

If you wish to request a transcript of your hand histories, you will need to email Customer Support at support@fulltilt.com and request this information. To view the hand history of hands played within your current session, simply go to 'Account' > 'Last Hand History' on your device.


Can I continue playing my game if I switch from one device to another? How do I switch from desktop app to mobile or from mobile to desktop app?

To switch between devices, simply log out from one device and then log in using the other. Please note that you can only be logged into your Full Tilt account from one device at any given time.


How can I find out about promotions and offers available to me?

You can learn about the promotions open to you by logging in and accessing your personal My Promotions page (tap the starred card icon on an iOS or Android™ device). A full list of our latest offers will appear; simply tap on each box to find out more about that promotion.

We’ll also keep you up-to-date on our promotions via notifications on your mobile device. The notifications are sent infrequently, so you don’t need to be concerned about being disturbed multiple times per day.

My mobile device was stolen – do I need to block my Full Tilt account?

Please email support@fulltilt.com as soon as possible from your registered Full Tilt email address, providing your name and User ID and any relevant details you can supply.


How secure is playing with the Full Tilt mobile app?

All communications between our software running on players' computers/mobile devices and our servers is encrypted.

Connection Issues

Will I experience lag or disconnections while using the Full Tilt mobile app on my mobile device?

The internet is a peer-to-peer network, which means that information flowing between your computer or mobile device and the game server must pass through several 'peer' machines (8 to 24 or more). These machines do not belong to Full Tilt or your internet service provider (ISP), but your connection depends on them. If any of these peer machines is having trouble, you may experience a temporary lag or disconnect.

Your email and certain sites may continue to function when there is a brief Full Tilt connectivity problem. That's because some sites may have a shorter or different network path to your device than Full Tilt does.

Also note that it can take your mobile device up to 90 seconds to reconnect when switching between a 3G and Wi-Fi connection. During that time, you will be disconnected from the server if you are logged in. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you sit out from any tables before switching networks.


What happens if I answer a phone call while using the Full Tilt mobile app or press the Home button to send the Full Tilt mobile app to the background?

Answering a phone call will send the Full Tilt mobile app to the background. If you answered a phone call and wish to return to the game, you will need to manually restart the Full Tilt mobile app. Any time the application is sent to the background, this action will sit you out automatically at the tables. If you are currently in a hand then your hand will automatically be checked or folded if there is a bet in front of you. For this reason, it is strongly encouraged not to exit the Full Tilt mobile app while in a hand at the table.

If you don't return to the Full Tilt mobile app for 10 minutes, you will be logged out due to inactivity.


Technical Information

Which connection is better, Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G?

In any circumstance where you have reliable Wi-Fi, using it should provide a much more stable connection than a 3G or 4G connection. If you are on the move, using 3G or 4G access is more appropriate. However, 3G or 4G signals may drop if you are travelling away from metropolitan areas and you may be charged fees by your 3G or 4G service provider for the amount of data you use.

To enable the Wi-Fi connection, go to 'Settings' > 'Wi-Fi' on your Apple device, or 'Settings' > 'Wireless & networks' > 'Wi-Fi' on your Android™ and turn on the connection.
