Instant eChecks allow you to make secure and immediate electronic funds transfer (EFT) directly from your bank account to your player account via an electronic check (echeck). eChecks work the same way paper checks do. When you deposit using an eCheck, the amount of your deposit is requested from your bank just like when a paper check you've written is deposited. Once the check clears, the funds are transferred from your bank account to your account with us.
Funds deposited via Instant eCheck are immediately available in your account even though the funds aren't received from your bank account instantly.
As it can take up to 7 days for the funds to be received from your bank, your deposit is in an 'uncleared' status with us for 7 days after you make an Instant eCheck deposit. While a deposit is uncleared, you may not withdraw or request cash transfers unless you have a balance that is greater than the total of your uncleared Instant eCheck deposits. Any portion of your balance that is more than the total of your uncleared deposits may be used normally including withdrawals and transfers.
If an Instant eCheck deposit is not honoured by your bank and is returned as unpaid, other restrictions will apply to future Instant eCheck deposits including not receiving your funds instantly and instead only receiving your funds once your Instant eCheck deposits clear. If an eCheck deposit is not available for you to play with, it may be that you had a return in the past and thus your deposit will only be available after 10 days. If you have received email confirmation that an eCheck deposit was successful, have had no previous deposits returned, but do not see the deposit in your account, please contact Support.

Desktop client: To make a deposit, login to your account and click the 'Cashier' button. Next, click on the 'Instant eChecks' button and follow the on-screen instructions.
App users: To make a deposit, login to your account, select the Real Money tab in the lobby, then tap on the ‘Deposit’ button. Next, tap on the 'Instant eChecks' button and follow the on-screen instructions.
Web users: To make a deposit, login to your account and click the 'Deposit' button. Next, click on the 'Instant eChecks' button and follow the on-screen instructions.
By clicking the 'Submit' button in the deposit screen, you agree to the Terms & Conditions for using Instant eChecks. Your Instant eCheck is then deposited via our Instant eCheck processors.
The 'Fast Deposit' feature is available for Instant eChecks deposits. 'Fast Deposit' is a quick and convenient way to fund your account using your preferred payment method.

You may withdraw funds from your Stars Account to your Instant eChecks account, providing you have made at least one previous deposit using Instant eChecks within the past 12 months.
